Delivery takes place through the courier of DHL or GLS courier.

Returns:

If for some reason you decide that you want to return the products you can do it within 14 days of receiving it.

In order to return the product:

  • Make sure that the products you return have no signs of usage, and has orignal labels.
  • Fill in the return form.
  • Pack the product with the return form and a receipt.

Did you received an incomplete order? We have made a mistake with your order or some of the ordered products are damaged? Contact our Customer Service Office: jungmobshop@gmail.com. In the email write your order number and describe the situation, if possible send us a photo. And we will try to solve this problem as soon as possible.
